Bridget is a sustainability leader with nearly two decades of experience across environmental disciplines working at the intersection of strategy, risk, finance, sustainability and the energy transition.
Building on her experience in banking, government, and as a Big 4 Equity Partner, Bridget has become a recognised expert in her field acting as a Technical Expert to the UK's Transition Finance Market Review, a regular keynote speaker and driving influence for industry collaboration.
Bridget founded Thrive Sustainability to complement traditional consulting models - offering sharper thinking, senior talent, and more agile delivery where it counts most. She believes the future of consulting lies in trusted networks, not pyramids.
Fern Freeman
Fern is a recognised leader in sustainability executive search and talent advisory, bringing over 15 years of experience in identifying and developing senior leadership.
As the founder of Search With Purpose, Fern has worked extensively with investors, corporates, and professional services firms to build high-impact, strategic, sustainability teams that drive business value.
Previously, Fern spent a decade at two leading executive search firms, Spencer Stuart and Blackwood Group, where she specialised in C-suite appointments across a diverse range of industries.
